Challenge

Raudkull Glass entered a new market dominated by small and mid-sized manufacturers scattered across the country. Most potential buyers had limited or no online presence, making them difficult to identify and reach. In addition, fragmented data sources and language barriers created further obstacles to building reliable prospect lists and running effective outreach.

Our Approach

We designed and executed a highly targeted outbound strategy focused on procurement-driven engagement:

  • Built curated prospect lists of breweries, wineries, distilleries, and canned food / glass packaging manufacturers by scraping and consolidating multiple data sources.
  • Developed simple, technical, and fully personalized multichannel outreach tailored to each prospect’s purchasing needs.
  • Clearly positioned Raudkull’s custom glass solutions in a direct, practical way to maximize relevance and response rates.

Results

The campaign generated consistent replies, warm inbound leads, and direct access to buyer groups the customer had never systematically approached before. This resulted in promising conversations with large accounts and immediate sales wins.

Next Steps

Based on the success of this initiative, Raudkull Glass plans to use the same tools and methodology to expand into additional markets.
